Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your reservation, notification must be made within 72 hours of booking.
A cancellation fee of $100 is deducted from your refund. No refunds are made after the 72 hour cancellation notice.
Refunds are processed within 72 hours of cancellation.

 

Policies and Rates are subject to change and vary during special events and holidays.

 

The Grand Fayette Hotel is a Non/Smoking Property. Please smoke in designated outdoor areas only.
No smoking in rooms.
Please note a $500 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non designated areas per incident.

A $350 fee will be charged if extensive cleaning is required upon departure.

 

Spring & Fall Antique Show
Round Top Texas is home to the largest Antique Show in the world.
March and October are our busiest times of the year.
Please make reservations for the show early.
Show rates apply during this time.
Maximum room occupancy is strictly enforced.

 

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10 pm until 10 am. Please be respectful of other guests, reduce noise levels in the inside and outside areas of the hotel, no music or loud noises during quiet hours. Please close doors quietly.

 

Pet Policy
The Grand Fayette Hotel does not allow pets inside the property.
Pets are allowed in the courtyard dining areas provided they are kept on a leash and with their owners at all times.
